Urban Turban cafe & Indian restaurant

Ordered online with a wait time of 45 minutes as usual, my delivery time was meant to be for 5.05pm it is now 6 pm and still no food has arrived.
I called the store to ask what was happening and was rudely transferred to another customer service rep who told me blankly that I lived to far away from the store and that it would be late. - no phone call prior to this to inform me. Then following had the driver call me and argue with me over my own address and directions. And then call me again after hanging up asking for directions a second time.
This is beyond a joke.
If there are three things you all at urban turban could learn they would have to be;
Firstly- learn how to deal with customers and complaints. - with the quality of service you provide it is bound to happen.
Secondly- if a delivery area is to far do not accept it or put it on your website.
Thirdly- do not argue when you are in the wrong.
Get a better system this is ridiculous.

If you want to be treated like a star when you walk in, this is the place to go! Excellent customer service from friendly staff. They really go above and beyond. The food has off-the-charts flavour, too. There's always a seat available and the restaurant is very clean. I couldn't praise this business enough after how well they treat me, time after time.
