  Michele Mewies is our current property manager has been wonderful. She has been so easy to contact (and fast to get back to you when she's not available). She is very fast to help where she can and has made our experience with Ray White Ims really pleasant. Thanks Michelle!

  The worst experience in customer service I have experienced. It took two months for my bond to be refunded because of errors they made on forms and lack of communication. If you call the office they actually won't take your call when there is an issue. It has been almost 3 months and still chasing a refund of overpayed rent. They won't call back or answer emails. Going to Write to RTA these people need to be reported and have there license removed.
  Be very carefully to sign up people.

  One of my sons are renting through this mob. I cannot believe the amount of problems he has had, especially with non-replies to his emails. I would suggest that people look elsewhere if they are considering renting.
