Very Bad experience! I booked two appointments for myself and my 5 month old son DAYS IN ADVANCE. I received a text confirmation confirming the time. When I went in to see doctor Tanya, I was told my son had not been booked in and it was just myself. She got very upset with ME. What had happened was she had an emergency and our appointments were moved. No fault of my own and she expected ME to re-book another appointment to come back. I have two sons under 4 years old and work! It is not easy to get my children and myself organised to just come in again for another apointment! There were no other patients in the waiting room. Why was she unable to see me? I believe they may have billed medicare for an appointment that I never attended and hence the request to see me another day. Very rude service. Very unhappy.
