  Their 14 day free pass is a lie, they force you to sit and listen to their hardline sales pitch and fill in their paperwork before letting you use the gym. The email when you sign up says you can just go into the gym to redeem it straight away, but when you get there they refuse this and say you have to organise an appointment - very frustrating when you are trying to take advantage of rare baby-free time to try out their gym.
